The COVID pandemic pushed a lot of us out of our comfort zones in many ways. Businesses and organizations, for example, were forced to figure out how to engage stakeholders while unable to host in-person meetings and events.
In our Vicksburg Visit series, we learned how the Village of Vicksburg, Michigan snapped into action – perfecting a plan to bring virtual meetings to its residents – and use online assets to support it. Assets like social media engagement and the village website. Residents are able to stay informed – and participate in village meetings from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Dominick Gladstone and his company – Gladstone and Associates – is behind such technological linkages for Vicksburg and others. Click to hear Dominick talk about how he made it happen in Vicksburg – and can do so elsewhere, even if budgets are limited.
